📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Next Level Collectibles, we aim to deliver high-quality items and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our inventory, return eligibility varies depending on the product type.

🃏 Collectibles (Cards, Comics, etc.)

All sales of collectibles are final. Due to their sensitive condition and market value, we cannot accept returns on trading cards, comics, or similar items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • The listing contained a major error or misrepresentation

What to do:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved

If approved, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Return shipping instructions will be provided.

Note: Graded items are non-returnable. Ungraded condition is described to the best of our ability—please review all photos before purchase.

👕 Apparel (Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges on apparel within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) are still attached

Size issues, defects, or wrong items shipped? We’ll make it right.

To start a return:

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return

  • We’ll respond with next steps

  • Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless there was an error or defect

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Custom-made or limited-edition apparel may not be eligible for return unless defective—details will be noted in the product description.
